Happy Halloween! What better time to submit my creepy-looking emo character than Halloween?

Name: Maddie

Gender: Female

Age: 17

Series: Catcher in the Rye (Yes, that book you were forced to read in high school. Well I LIKED IT.)

Bio: Well...she's an emo, obviously. Maddie's life is filled with hormones, insecurities, and phonies, just like any teenager. She's got an eye condition which forces her to wear contacts that make her eyes look purple, and dyed her hair to match. She's also sensitive about her skinniness, large feet, and a general inability to be really good at anything. People have teased her about her imperfections for far too long, and without the help of a psychiatrist she has been led to believe that she is inferior because of them.

She also, like Blanc, has a hard time with other people, though she can hang out with them longer than he can. She distrusts them, considers them to be better than her, but also more arrogant, prideful, and in Holden Caulfield's own words, "phony".

She has a tattoo on her arm reading "SOS" (it looks like a gray rectangle here due to the size of the sprites). Many people assume that it stands for "Save Our Ship", but Maddie won't confirm or deny.

Strategy: Maddie believes that her best bet is to play the follower role, tagging on the back of an alliance with more powerful players and appear as non-threatening as possible, while still giving her all in challenges so she isn't voted out for being useless. As far as strategizing goes, she doesn't trust herself to come up with anything good, so she'd tend to stay silent while her allies discuss options.

Man these sprites took forever...So basically I'm trying to make an emo character who isn't really annoying like so many others are. Having an UTR-type strategy helps.

Well, the idea of the character seems good and shit.

Now onto the sprites themselves >D
Well the hair's shading if just kinda odd to me. I mean, I think the lightest colour is too light to be honest. It's like purple - purple - LOLLIGHTPINK.
It just looks strange. P:

I thought the feet looked weird, but apperantley they're supposed to be like that so oh well.

@Cococunt Hmm, the hair...it looks exactly the way I wanted it to look, it's supposed to be all bichromatic and clashy and strange.

Meh, I made the feet too big by accident and just decided to leave them like that, because they fit with her personality. Gave her something else to hate about herself. ;P
